Top 10

I think it would be appropriate that, on Thanksgiving, I post a list of the top 10 things I am thankful to God for:

10. Warm socks
9. Loving parents
8. A wonderful Church
7. My beautiful and smart wife
6. A place to live and food to eat
5. My Greek Reader's New Testament
4. Great teachers at Reformed Theological Seminary
3. True Friends
2. Did I mention my beautiful and caring wife
1. The life and death of Jesus Christ for me

It would be good for your soul to take a moment today and list at least 10 things that your are thankful to God for.

  1. Most of the things I'm thankful for are trite and silly things, with the exception of a couple. As such, your list trounced mine, and I'm intimidated to enter my own.
